Your Responsibilities
You will pay the full advert fee before the advert is published at the rate advertised at the time of placing your order with Zebra Homes.
You have obtained a valid and relevant Home Information Pack if the property you are selling requires one by law and you agree to provide such valid and relevant Home Information Pack to any prospective purchaser as required by law.
You have the legal right to sell or rent the property that you are advertising with Zebra Homes.
The description and images you supply is true and accurate and not misleading. Zebra Homes does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.
Only one property may appear in each advert and only one property may be advertised for each payment made.
All images used on the web site must have the prior consent of the photographer. You are responsible for gaining any photographers approval prior to uploading any images to the Zebra Homes web site. Zebra Homes cannot be held responsible for any issues arising due to copyright protection on photographs.
In the event that you have a contract or are about to enter into a contract with an Estate Agent, you have independently checked your contract with regards to the terms and conditions and agree to comply with the obligations of the contract that you have entered into. If later it is found that you are legally bound to pay the Estate Agents commission, Zebra Homes will not be liable.
You will safely remove and dispose of the 'For Sale' or 'To Let' board supplied with the 'sell it yourself'/ 'let it yourself’ premium packages at the end of the listing and indemnify Zebra Homes against any damage or injury caused to any party as a result of such removal.
You will arrange and conduct viewings and negotiate the selling price with the purchaser/tenant for the advertised property.
You will inform Zebra Homes once the advertised property is 'under offer', and again when it is 'sold' or 'let'
Payment
Payment is made using the Google Checkout payment service. Google Checkout is a third party who process payments on behalf of Zebra Homes and the user must comply with any additional terms and conditions required by Google Checkout. Google Checkout is a provider of internet payment solutions and process your transaction via a secure server connection to ensure the safety of your payment on-line. The card details are submitted directly to Google Checkout and will not be stored by us.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safety of your transaction we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using the Google Checkout payment system.
Refunds
You may cancel this contract by informing Zebra Homes in writing or email within 48 hours of placing your order. There are no refunds after the 48 hour cooling off period.
Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the value of the advertising fee received
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You will get a tax invoice for any payments made to us regardless of which payment method you choose.
